Membership Terms & conditions

The Settlers Inn Membership Program (“Program”) is operated by Settlers Inn Hotel (“Settlers Inn”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. PROGRAM
1.1 The Program is a venue-based loyalty program available at Settlers Inn only.
1.2 The Program enables eligible members to earn and redeem points and receive promotional benefits.
1.3 Membership, points and rewards:

  • are non-transferable

  • have no cash value

  • remain the property of Settlers Inn

  • may be varied, suspended or withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.
2.2 Membership is subject to provision of accurate and complete registration details.
2.3 Settlers Inn may accept, refuse, suspend or cancel membership at its absolute discretion.
2.4 One membership per person applies.

3. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
3.1 Membership accounts are personal and must not be shared, transferred or assigned.
3.2 Members are responsible for all activity on their account.
3.3 Settlers Inn is not liable for unauthorised use of membership accounts.
3.4 Settlers Inn may:

  • merge duplicate accounts

  • suspend or close inactive accounts

  • cancel accounts where misuse is suspected

3.5 Settlers Inn may correct, reverse or adjust any points or rewards issued in error.

4. EARNING POINTS
4.1 Points may be earned on eligible transactions at Settlers Inn.
4.2 Eligible transactions generally include bar and bistro spend.
4.3 Points are not earned on:

  • gaming machine play

  • gift cards

  • tobacco or vaping products

  • bottle shop purchases

  • accommodation

  • ticketed events or entry fees

  • TAB, wagering or gambling-related products

  • any item excluded by Settlers Inn from time to time

4.4 Points earn rates and eligibility may be varied at any time without notice.
4.5 Points accrue only to the account swiped/used at time of transaction.

5. REDEMPTION
5.1 Points may be redeemed at Settlers Inn only and subject to availability.
5.2 Points may be redeemed for eligible food and beverage purchases in the bar and bistro unless otherwise determined by Settlers Inn.
5.3 Points cannot be redeemed:

  • in the bottle shop

  • for gift cards

  • for cash or cash equivalents

5.4 Points:

  • have no cash value

  • are non-transferable

  • cannot be exchanged or sold

5.5 Settlers Inn determines all redemption eligibility, value and restrictions.
5.6 All redemption decisions are final.

6. EXPIRY
6.1 All points expire on 30 June each year.
6.2 Any points not redeemed by 11:59pm on 30 June will be forfeited and removed from the account.
6.3 Points do not roll over under any circumstances.

7. MEMBER CONDUCT
7.1 Settlers Inn may suspend or terminate membership where a member:

  • provides false or misleading information

  • tampers with or misuses the Program

  • behaves in an abusive, disruptive, intoxicated or unlawful manner

  • breaches venue rules or applicable law

7.2 Upon suspension or termination, points and rewards may be forfeited.

8. PROGRAM CONTROL

8.1 All Program decisions are at the sole discretion of Settlers Inn, including:

  • eligibility

  • points allocation and adjustment

  • redemption approval

  • dispute resolution

8.2 Settlers Inn decision is final.

9. PROGRAM VARIATION / TERMINATION
9.1 Settlers Inn may vary, suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
9.2 This includes changes to:

  • earn and redemption rates

  • benefits and rewards

  • eligibility criteria

  • Program structure and rules

10. LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settlers Inn is not liable for:

  • system outages or technical failures

  • loss or corruption of points

  • unauthorised account use

  • indirect or consequential loss

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. PRIVACY & MARKETING
11.1 Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with Settlers Inn Privacy Policy.
11.2 By joining the Program, members consent to receive marketing communications from:

  • Settlers Inn

  • other current and future venues operated by Flower Hotels

11.3 Members may opt out of marketing at any time.

12. GENERAL
12.1 Settlers Inn may take any action necessary to comply with applicable liquor, gaming and other regulatory requirements.
2.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
